Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is partnering with a school district near Lapeer, MI to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist for the current school year. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who enjoy working with diverse student populations while maintaining a balanced caseload across multiple school settings.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Michigan SLP License
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience with evaluations, therapy planning, and IEP processes
  • Strong organizational skills

Position Details

  • Location: Lapeer, MI
  • Schedule: 37.5 Hours Weekly
  • Contract Dates: ASAP June 11, 2027
  • Multiple Schools Within Close Proximity

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services
  • Conduct assessments and prepare evaluation reports
  • Attend IEP, eligibility, and staffing meetings
  • Collaborate with educational teams to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports

  • General education students receiving speech services

Education Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
