Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current SLP licensure in New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) desired; CFY candidates welcome to apply
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and monitor student progress
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy in accordance with educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal documentation standards
