This contract position is ideal for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about fostering communication skills and helping young learners thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) required for school-based practice
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive student assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
• Deliver direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
• Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and maintain detailed records
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and ongoing professional development
• Provide support and resources to teachers and caregivers to facilitate student success in the classroom
