Desired Expertise and Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Georgia
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, Clinical Fellows considered
• Experience working with school-aged children, with a strong grasp of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Strong organizational abilities and adaptability to a diverse caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions (both individual and group) supporting articulation, fluency, voice, and language goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families regarding students progress and strategies for classroom success
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with district and state regulations
• Provide training and resources to school staff and families as needed
• Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student growth
