What we're seeking:

• Valid license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Georgia
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
• Strong understanding of evaluation and therapy techniques for students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
• Experience in or strong interest in working within K-12 educational settings
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Ability to develop, implement, and track individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress documentation

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver therapy to students identified with communication challenges
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each student's unique strengths and areas for growth
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and provide regular updates to parents and school teams
• Collaborate on multidisciplinary teams to support whole-child education and inclusive practices
• Educate and advise school staff and families on supporting students speech and language goals
