In this full-time role, you'll work alongside a team of passionate educators and specialists to deliver speech-language services to children with diverse needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students to identify communication needs
- Design and implement individualized intervention plans and IEP goals tailored to students strengths and challenges
- Deliver both direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in accordance with student IEPs
- Accurately document intervention activities, maintain compliance, and generate progress reports
- Take part in IEP meetings, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain open communication with families and staff
- Offer classroom consultation and recommendations to support students' learning environments
- Regularly monitor student progress and adapt intervention strategies for optimal outcomes
Qualifications & Skills:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist license and/or educator certification as applicable
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates are also encouraged to apply
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred; strong consideration given to those with pediatric backgrounds
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
