Job Description

As a valued professional, you'll play a crucial part during a maternity leave period from October through mid-December 2025, working part-time for 21 hours across three days each week.

Ideal candidates bring experience and certification as an SLP-CCC, with strong skills in delivering both direct and indirect services. Youll collaborate with educational teams and families to support student growth, participate in IEP meetings, and conduct assessments to guide intervention planning. The caseload is diverse, providing opportunities to work with students across various ages and with a range of disabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active CA SLP license or CA CTC required.
  • SLP-CCC credential with pediatrics, school-based, and healthcare experience.
  • Background in IEP meetings, evaluations, and teletherapy (desired but primary focus onsite).
  • Comfort working with diverse student needs, including mild to complex disabilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a school caseload covering Pre K12 student populations.
  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy and intervention.
  • Lead or participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning.
  • Complete thorough evaluations and progress reports.
  • Coordinate with staff and families to optimize student outcomes.
