Job Description

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Ashland, OR, supporting K-12 students within a school district setting. The contract duration runs through June 4, 2026, starting as soon as possible. The role involves providing in-person services Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with no virtual or voice-over options currently offered.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language pathology services to students across grades K-12
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student communication development
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance with state regulations
  • Participate in team meetings and assist with assessments and evaluations

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Oregon Speech-Language Pathology licensure required
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) in educational settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a full caseload effectively

  • Based in Ashland and surrounding Jackson County area, Southern Oregon
