Job Description
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role is available in Ashland, OR, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a school setting. This in-person position offers a consistent schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The opportunity is contracted through June 4, 2026, providing stability in your professional schedule.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Oregon Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) licensure required
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Prior experience working in schools as an SLP with K-12 caseloads is highly desirable
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and school staff
- Ability to deliver evidence-based speech and language services in an educational environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy services to K-12 students with diverse communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students goals and abilities
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and support school initiatives related to student communication needs
This role is exclusively in-person with no remote or virtual options available at this time. The position is located within Jackson County and serves the Southern Oregon educational community.
