Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active North Carolina SLP Certification required
  • Experience working with K-12 populations preferred
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
  • Record of compassion, professionalism, and organizational excellence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support each childs educational plan
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school policies
  • Engage with families to provide resources and progress updates
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment for all students
