Job Description

Bring your expertise in speech-language pathology to a rewarding contract position serving elementary and middle school students. This onsite opportunity provides the chance to support the communication growth and well-being of young learners across a diverse caseload of 45 to 50 students each week. You'll be working in a supportive school environment alongside educational professionals committed to making a positive difference.

What we're looking for:

  • Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Prior experience in pediatric and school-based settings
  • Strong knowledge of evaluation procedures, IEP development, and therapy implementation
  • Ability to manage a full caseload, collaborating with teachers and families
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organization skills

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments of students' speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate records and submit required documentation in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with school staff and caregivers to maximize student progress
  • Offer guidance and resources to support language and social skill development
