Job Description

Youll be working onsite with a caseload of 45 to 50 students, playing a key role in shaping their communication skills and confidence.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Georgia Speech Language Pathologist License required
  • Prior experience in a school-based SLP role, particularly with pediatric populations
  • Strong skills in evaluation, treatment planning, and progress monitoring for speech and language concerns
  • Comfortable providing services across elementary and middle school grade levels
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, educators, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, maintaining thorough documentation
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable input on student needs and goals
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and adapt approaches as needed to meet individual needs
  • Maintain regular communication with the broader educational team and families
