Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations is highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to design and implement evidence-based therapy plans supporting student progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech/language therapy services to students, individually and in groups
• Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and monitor progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development sessions
