Key Qualifications:
- Hold (or be in the process of obtaining) a valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license
- ASHA certification required (Clinical Fellow Year candidates will be considered)
- Experience or passion for working in school settings with pediatric populationsopen to SLPs, SLP-CCCs, and SLP-CFYs
- Adaptability to work across varying ages and school sites as needed
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with both students and interdisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to students with a wide range of disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs
- Utilize a workload model to manage service delivery efficiently; caseloads and locations will be determined based on organizational needs
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation as required by state and district guidelines
- Practice ongoing collaboration with teachers, staff, and families to foster student progress
