What were looking for:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license or eligibility for licensure prior to start
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a must
• Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Comfort with an itinerant role: travel between multiple school sites as assigned
• Openness to mentoring Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcomed

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students onsite
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports per state and school policies
• Engage actively in IEP meetings and consultation processes across various campuses
