Job Description

As an onsite provider, you will join a supportive educational community where your expertise and proactive approach will help students thrive. Bilingual Spanish skills are required for this role, enabling you to serve a broader student base and make even greater connections within the school community.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Current CDE (Colorado Department of Education) license or eligibility required prior to start
  • Bilingual Spanish proficiency is essential
  • Previous experience working in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Willing to support and mentor Clinical Fellows (CFs)
  • Ability to travel between multiple sites as part of an itinerant assignment

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track student progress
  • Foster supportive, culturally aware communication with students and families
  • Support colleagues and participate in school-based team meetings
