Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP-CCC required)
  • Previous experience in a school-based SLP role strongly preferred
  • Experience or comfort working with K-12 student populations
  • Solid knowledge of IEP processes, assessments, and intervention planning
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to fostering a compassionate and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students onsite
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine needs and monitor progress
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and document measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
  • Maintain timely, accurate records in strict compliance with district and state requirements
  • Participate actively in staff days, meetings, and professional development as assigned
