Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license for Colorado
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience working within a school environment is highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
  • Develop individualized education plans and track student progress
  • Collaborate with special education staff, classroom teachers, and parents to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP meetings, and professional development
