As an onsite provider, you will collaborate with dedicated educators and staff, with caseloads ranging from approximately 25 to 45 studentsgiving you a manageable and meaningful workload.

Your ability to bring clinical expertise and compassion into school settings will play a vital role in supporting communication and language development within a dynamic educational environment. What were looking for:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Colorado Department of Education Certification
  • Active Colorado SLP License
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred, but strong clinical skills considered
  • Open to Clinical Fellows given supervision availability
  • Ability to pass district-required background check and fingerprinting
  • Comfort with varying school assignments and on-site engagement
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
  • Strictly SLPs; SLPA applications are not accepted

Your key responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to best support student needs
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with district and state policies
  • Attend and participate in professional development dayscontractors are encouraged and compensated for doing so
