Job Description

Providing speech-language pathology services within a K-12 school setting, this full-time contract position is based in the Denver area, serving students across multiple campuses. The assignment runs from early January through late May of the 2026 school year and requires on-site presence daily, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities include delivering comprehensive speech-language therapy to students aged 5-18, managing caseloads typically ranging between 25 and 45 students, and participating in district-approved professional development opportunities during the second semester. Therapists will be assigned to schools based on evolving needs throughout the contract duration.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure
  • Current Colorado Department of Education certification
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations in school environments
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative approach with educators and families
  • Commitment to on-site service delivery (no virtual or hybrid options)

Location:

  • Primarily within Arvada, CO, servicing schools throughout the broader Denver metropolitan area
