What You Bring:
- Valid and active California SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Prior experience working in California schools strongly preferred
- Fluency in Spanish is highly valued
- Ability and enthusiasm to provide onsite direct services and assessments
- Flexibility and openness to caseload and site assignments, which will be determined closer to placement
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized direct speech and language services to students within the district
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams
- Develop, maintain, and monitor students progress on treatment plans and IEP goals
- Consult with educators, families, and support staff to integrate speech-language strategies into daily learning
- Uphold compliance with documentation, timelines, and state-specific regulations
- Adapt to multiple school sites and caseloads as assigned
