Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Texas state licensure (SLP) or eligibility to obtain.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) considered.
• Recent experience working within schools or pediatric populations is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students with a range of communication disorders.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Conduct speech-language assessments and participate in multidisciplinary evaluations.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support students academic and social-emotional growth.
• Offer recommendations for classroom accommodations and strategies to enhance student success.
• Monitor progress and adapt interventions as necessary.
