• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based assessment and therapy to students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with staff and families
• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to create strategies that support student progress
• Participate in student support meetings, professional development, and team collaboration sessions
