Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active Texas SLP license (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence strongly preferred)
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs
• Passion for making a difference in students academic and social success

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students K-12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support overall student achievement
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and compliance reports
• Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group formats
• Participate in IEP meetings and school-wide activities as required
