Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
• Previous experience working with school-aged children and diverse populations
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, therapy documentation, and progress reporting
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet varying student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and interpret results
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver direct services and consultative support for students with diverse communication needs
• Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school policies
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
