An exciting opportunity awaits skilled Speech-Language Pathologists seeking a summer role supporting students from PreK through 8th grade. Provide essential Extended School Year (ESY) services in a vibrant educational community located near Arlington Heights, IL. This contract position runs from June 10th to June 2nd, 2026, offering 12 hours per weekideal for professionals desiring a flexible schedule while making a meaningful impact.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Illinois SLP license
• Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school setting, preferably supporting PreK8 students
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and school teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to students enrolled in ESY programs
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans to address students needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure progress toward IEP goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and student records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to students ages and developmental levels
• Participate in meetings and communicate student progress effectively to stakeholders
