Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current Wisconsin SLP License
  • Valid Wisconsin DPI License
  • Eligibility for SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
  • Relevant experience working in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments for students referred for speech and language concerns
  • Create and deliver targeted speech-language interventions for an elementary caseload
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in line with school and district standards
  • Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families to support student language development
  • Attend IEP meetings as a key member of the multidisciplinary team
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that facilitates student growth and success
