An opportunity is available for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support an elementary caseload in Appleton, WI. This contract role offers 37.5 hours per week dedicated to providing critical speech and language services within a school setting. The position requires a skilled professional who can implement individualized treatment plans to enhance communication skills and academic success for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and state regulations
Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid Wisconsin Speech Language Pathologist License
- Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) License
- Experience working with an elementary school caseload is preferred
- Certification such as Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion is advantageous
