Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active SLP license in the state of Florida
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• School-based experience is an advantage, but passionate new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Skilled in assessment and therapy for diverse speech and language needs
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
• Collaborative spirit to work effectively with multidisciplinary educational teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students referred by school staff
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs and IEP requirements
• Deliver engaging speech-language therapy sessions in individual and group settings
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and document services provided
• Collaborate and consult with teachers, support staff, and families to promote students communication goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and expertise regarding students speech/language services
• Support school-wide initiatives that foster inclusive communication strategies
