Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Florida SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior school-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Capable of independently managing caseload and documentation
  • Commitment to helping students achieve individualized communication goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy, both individually and in groups, addressing articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert insight and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Contribute actively to a positive, inclusive learning environment
