Job Description
This full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) role offers the opportunity to work onsite within a K-12 school setting in Antioch, CA. The position runs from ASAP through May 29, 2026, supporting students across all grade levels within the district. Two openings are currently available for licensed professionals holding a California License with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations to K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students unique communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Document all assessments and therapy sessions in compliance with school policies and state regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development
Qualifications:
- Valid California license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification
- Experience working within school-based settings preferred
- Ability to manage a full caseload and maintain detailed documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and educators
