We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to work with students on a contract-to-hire basis. This position offers flexibility with both full-time (around 40 hours per week) and part-time opportunities available during standard school hours, with a start date of August 20, 2026, through October 9, 2026.
In this role, you'll collaborate with a supportive school team, working with elementary-aged students individually or in small groups of 2-3 on language, articulation, and occasional fluency goals. This setting is designed for a dedicated professional who thrives in fostering student success.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota SLP license required
- Open to both fully certified SLPs (CCC or CFY)
- Will review SLPA resumes, but full interview/offers will be held for certified SLPs at this time
- Experience or interest in working in school settings preferred
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to elementary students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with staff, families, and students
- Participate in school meetings and collaborate on student interventions
