Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to a fulfilling contract opportunity making an immediate difference for students near Anoka, MN. This role involves serving a caseload of 20-40 students, primarily in a specialized "setting 4" environment, providing intensive services to those who benefit from structured support. Your skill set will be valued and utilized in one primary building while supporting students from several educational centers, fostering growth and communication success.
What Were Looking For:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, valid SLP license for the state of Minnesota
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous schools-based SLP experience or strong clinical skills with pediatric populations
- Ability to effectively serve diverse learners, including those in specialized settings
- A collaborative spirit and commitment to individualized student growth
- Willingness to start on 9/8/26 and work through 6/10/27
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for assigned students
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy in a supportive educational context
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress reports
- Engage in team meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff
- Communicate proactively with teachers, families, and administrators
