Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing speech-language pathology services to students for the 2026-2027 school year. With a single school assignment near Anoka, MN, youll help shape young lives in a supportive, organized school environment.

Your day-to-day will center around both direct and indirect services, with responsibilities that include comprehensive evaluations and ongoing therapy service for a caseload of approximately 45-60 students. Youll collaborate with educators and family members to develop and implement effective IEP plans, and work within a district that uses a caseload modelensuring your workload remains manageable and meaningful.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Valid SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in school settings, ideally working with pediatric populations
  • Strong grasp of school-based IEPs, therapy planning, and documentation
  • Comfortable conducting assessments, providing therapy, and delivering consultative services
  • Effective communication skills and collaborative, student-centered mindset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language pathology services (both direct and indirect) to students ages pre-K through high school
  • Conduct evaluations, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Engage in administrative duties including documentation and team meetings
  • Coordinate with faculty and family to create the best outcomes for each student

Youll work 37.5 hours weekly in a positive, well-supported setting with ample training for the districts IEP system, and enjoy flexibility with Zoom interviews and an immediate decision timeline if youre the right fit.
