A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide onsite services at a middle school in Anoka, MN. This role offers a chance to work directly with students in a school environment, supporting their communication needs and helping to improve their academic success.
Location:
- Roosevelt Middle School, Blaine, MN
Position Details:
- Contract duration: March 9, 2026 June 5, 2026
- Part-time: approximately 18 hours per week (.5 FTE)
- Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours/week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
- Caseload typically involves school-aged children requiring speech and language support
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA)
- Experience working as an SLP in school settings
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with educators, families, and students
- Familiarity with school-based speech and language assessments and interventions
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and ongoing therapy sessions
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed
- Collaborate with teachers and education staff to support student goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school district policies
