Make a daily difference supporting students' communication development by working as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract assignment. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about building communication skills and offering services within a collaborative school environment. You will engage with students in a middle school setting, ensuring their needs are met and supporting their educational progress.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Minnesota
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience working in a school setting strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, families, and a multidisciplinary team

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and provide direct therapy services for a caseload averaging .5 FTE (approximately 18 hours per week)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district guidelines
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development as required
