A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certified with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to support school-aged children in a school setting located in Anoka, MN.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students.
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents.
- Provide direct therapy services using evidence-based practices.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, school staff, and families to support student communication development.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with current certification.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Experience providing speech-language services in a school environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with educational regulations and IEP development.
Location:
- On-site position at a school in Anoka, Minnesota.
