Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in the school setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and students
  • Organizational skills and a commitment to individualized, student-centered care

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language screenings, evaluations, and therapy to a diverse student caseload
  • Develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress, and maintain required documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students educational and social success
  • Provide strategies, accommodations, and modifications to help students succeed in the classroom
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Stay current on best practices and maintain ongoing professional development
