Key Qualifications:

  • Current Maryland SLP license required
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
  • Open to Clinical Fellows and those with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • School-based SLP or comparable pediatric experience highly desired
  • Ability to work effectively with a mixed K-12 caseload

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
  • Conduct assessments, write reports, and track student progress
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy in both individual and group settings
  • Participate in ARD/IEP meetings as part of the special education process
  • Communicate effectively with families and school staff
