Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Maryland SLP license (required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates welcome
  • Experience in schools, pediatric healthcare, or teletherapy strongly preferred
  • Passion for supporting diverse learners across all age groups (K-12)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to students with varying speech, language, and communication needs
  • Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and progress tracking
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for every student
  • Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development
  • Participate in both in-person and teletherapy services as needed
