Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current MD SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Experience or interest in working in school settings with K-12 students
- Competence in teletherapy platforms and practices preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to K-12 students with varied needs
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff
- Integrate teletherapy sessions as appropriate for student care
- Maintain thorough case documentation and progress reports
- Participate in student meetings and contribute to a supportive school culture
