This role is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist ready to serve a diverse student population and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Youll have the opportunity to support students communication skills, social development, and academic achievement in a vibrant, educational environment.

Qualifications:

• Active Michigan SLP license is required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is mandatory
• Experience working in school-based settings preferred
• Comfortable providing therapy across all grade levels (early childhood through high school)
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team of educators and specialists

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive screenings, evaluations, and assessments of students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families
• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy in accordance with each students IEP
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate, timely records
• Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and parent conferences as needed
• Offer support and guidance to educational staff regarding speech, language, and communication strategies
