Job Description

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Valid state license or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Experience with pediatric populations, especially within school settings
  • Familiarity with IEPs and ability to contribute to their development and review
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage parents, staff, and students
  • Ability to manage caseloads effectively while maintaining high documentation standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each students educational goals
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input for IEPs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support personnel to ensure cohesive care
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Offer support and resources to teachers to foster an inclusive classroom environment
