Key Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota SLP License required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Open to strong Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CF) candidates
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings a plus
- Strong collaboration skills and commitment to student success
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to K-12 students with diverse communication and language needs
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and document findings to inform personalized intervention strategies
- Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students strengths and challenges
- Work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster students academic and social growth
- Maintain precise, compliant records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and required reports
- Participate in school meetings, trainings, and conferences to support overall student development
