Qualifications:

• Current and active Minnesota SLP license required
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Demonstrated experience providing speech therapy in pediatric or school settings
• Solid understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to K-12 students, addressing a range of communication disorders
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document progress and maintain timely records aligned with district and federal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Provide education and resources to families and staff to support student progress
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive school culture
