As a contract Speech Language Pathologist, youll work within a single school building, collaborating alongside educators and families to help students reach their communication goals. Qualifications:
- Current and active Minnesota SLP license required
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Demonstrated experience providing speech therapy in pediatric or school settings
- Solid understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to K-12 students, addressing a range of communication disorders
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Document progress and maintain timely records aligned with district and federal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Provide education and resources to families and staff to support student progress
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive school culture
