Job Description

This full-time Speech Language Pathologist position in Andover, MN offers a rewarding opportunity to support K12 students in a school setting. The role is a contract assignment beginning October 30th and requires a valid Minnesota SLP license. You will work closely with students and educators to provide essential speech and language therapy services throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech and language evaluations and therapy for students K12.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate communication goals into the classroom environment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success.
  • Ensure compliance with school and state regulations governing speech-language pathology services.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
  • Experience working in a school setting with K12 student populations.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and therapeutic techniques.
