Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Solid understanding of a variety of communication disorders and intervention strategies
• Dedicated to fostering inclusivity and growth in K-12 settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, individually and in groups
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor students progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Communicate results and recommendations to teachers, administrators, and families
• Contribute to a positive learning environment and support the schools mission of student development
