Make a meaningful impact by supporting students communication needs as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist on a contract assignment. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license in state of assignment or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows considered
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric populations
• Effective collaboration and communication skills
• Proficiency writing IEPs and conducting assessments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students referred for speech and language concerns
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services in group and/or one-on-one settings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to support student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and compliance with school and district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team sessions as needed
• Educate staff and parents on communication strategies and best practices
