Job Description

This full-time contract role provides the chance to work with Pre-K through 8th-grade students across multiple school sites. You'll collaborate with supportive teams and help students develop essential communication skills in a school-based setting.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Possession of an active California SLP license is required
  • CCC credential or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferably within school settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities, able to manage a caseload across 34 sites
  • Commitment to fostering student growth and collaborating with educators and families

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) for a diverse Pre-K8th grade caseload
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and support staff to facilitate student success
  • Maintain documentation and track student progress in compliance with statewide and district policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings, offer teletherapy services where needed, and provide support across multiple school locations
