Job Description

Step into an exciting opportunity working as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a full-time, contract basis, serving a diverse K-8 student caseload. This rewarding position is based exclusively on-site, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through the Extended School Year (ESY). What Were Looking For:

  • Active California SLP license (Required)
  • Experience providing SLP services in a school setting, preferably with K-8 students
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills tailored to students from kindergarten through eighth grade
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with students, parents, and educational teams
  • Commitment to creating inclusive and engaging learning experiences

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language assessments and develop individualized plans for students in need of support
  • Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and best practices
  • Partner with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress notes as required by district and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to the educational team
