This full-time, on-site contract opportunity invites a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with a diverse K8th grade caseload, fostering growth and positive change for young learners during the academic year and Extended School Year (ESY).

Key Qualifications:

• Active California SLP License (required)
• Previous experience in school settings or with K8th grade students is highly valued
• Ability to provide both individual and group therapy sessions
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, families, and other professionals
• Knowledge of IEP procedures and familiarity with school documentation
• Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and screenings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy services to students on-site in accordance with established schedules
• Track and document student progress, preparing regular reports and updates for IEP meetings
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to support students educational needs
• Serve as a resource for staff and families, providing strategies for enhancing student communication and participation
