Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP licensure and eligibility for certification in Alaska
• Strong background in pediatric speech-language disorders
• Experience in school settings is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct intervention, both one-on-one and in small groups, targeting speech, language, voice, and fluency objectives
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
• Maintain accurate and timely records, adhering to state and organizational guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to student goal-setting
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field
