Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for completion
- Active or eligible state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, staff, and families
- Ability to adapt services for various ages and needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and required reports
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and parent conferences as needed
