Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active California SLP license or eligibility for state licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs may be considered
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
• Solid understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with students, families, and school staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students with a range of communication disorders
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to facilitate student progress
• Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with district and state regulations
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and other relevant school functions as needed
