Qualifications:
- Active California SLP License required
- Clinical Certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY considered
- Experience in pediatric, school, or healthcare SLP settings preferred
- Comfortable providing direct therapy and comprehensive evaluations
- Capable of delivering teletherapy services as appropriate
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and address speech, language, and communication needs for K-5 students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and implement evidence-based therapy
- Work alongside educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain timely, accurate records to track intervention outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with school and state guidelines
- Utilize in-person and virtual platforms to serve students as needed
