Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based therapy strongly preferred
  • Background in teletherapy is a plus
  • Solid understanding of SLP best practices in educational settings
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language services to K-5 students
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
  • Offer both in-person and virtual therapy, adapting services as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
