Qualifications:

  • Active California Speech Language Pathologist License
  • Experience or interest in school-based and pediatric populations
  • SLP with CCC or CFY status encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered intervention

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver individualized therapy to elementary-age students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Provide direct intervention in areas such as articulation, language, voice, fluency, and alternative communication
  • Engage with teachers and families to support communication goals across settings
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting in compliance with district and state requirements
