This role is ideal for those passionate about working with children, whether you are an SLP-CCC or completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
You'll collaborate closely with educators, families, and fellow specialists, utilizing your expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology to foster inclusive learning environments. Qualifications:
- Active California Speech Language Pathologist License
- Experience or interest in school-based and pediatric populations
- SLP with CCC or CFY status encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered intervention
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver individualized therapy to elementary-age students
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Provide direct intervention in areas such as articulation, language, voice, fluency, and alternative communication
- Engage with teachers and families to support communication goals across settings
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting in compliance with district and state requirements
