Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathology position is available for the 20252026 school year within a dynamic elementary school setting in Anaheim, CA. This contractual role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse K-12 student caseload under a district utilizing a caseload model. Dedicated therapy spaces and paid administrative time, including team meetings, support your ability to provide effective intervention services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting speech and language evaluations, screenings, and assessments
  • Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) consistent with district protocols
  • Delivering direct and indirect therapy services to support language development and communication skills
  • Collaborating with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure student progress
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with state and district requirements

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license
  • Experience working in pediatric and school settings, ideally with elementary-aged students
  • Familiarity with IEP development and special education processes
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Eligibility to pass California fingerprinting and background checks

This role offers a structured schedule aligned with the school year (August 2025 through June 2026) and provides the benefit of paid administrative time for essential non-direct service activities.
