Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly within a school setting
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators and families
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Create and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success and foster inclusive classroom environments
• Conduct screenings and assessments to identify student needs
• Track progress, maintain documentation, and communicate results to all stakeholders
• Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development
