Providing full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services in an early childhood school setting, this contract role supports young students across multiple counties in Pennsylvania, including Bethlehem, Easton, Stroudsburg, Pike County, Monroe County, and Hampton County. The position is on-site and designated for the 2025-2026 school year, with a focus on early childhood caseloads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to early childhood students.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in accordance with best practices.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, specifically in school-based or early childhood settings.
- Strong understanding of speech-language development and intervention strategies for young children.
- Ability to manage an early childhood caseload effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
