Job Description

A full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, supporting early childhood students. This contract role is based on-site in Allentown, PA, with caseloads primarily focused on early childhood populations across Bethlehem, Easton, Stroudsburg, Pike County, Monroe County, and Hampton County, PA.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to early childhood students within various school settings.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and legal requirements.
  • Participate in meetings, screenings, and assessments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working as an SLP in pediatric and school settings.
  • Knowledge of early childhood speech and language development.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse caseload in multiple school districts.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Location:

  • On-site role based in Allentown, PA.
  • Service areas include Bethlehem, Easton, Stroudsburg, Pike County, Monroe County, and Hampton County, PA.
